Hello! My name is Grace Keeler and I am a recent graduate of James Madison University with professional interests in feminist literary and rhetorical theory, editorial ethics, and long-term project management. In my four semesters as Editor-in-Chief and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Iris Literature and Arts Magazine, I led a team of 20+ submission evaluators, copy editors, and graphic designers to craft and release four 50-60 page issues of prose, poetry, and art by JMU students. I aim to balance considerations of author with considerations of audience in all editorial work I do; I am devoted to using my skills as an editor and leader to create final deliverables that both align with an author's intentions and are well-suited to an audience's interests.
